AN EVENING OF WINE AND LAUGHTER FEATURING: GAIL SKY
Join us as we learn how to distress your office! Laughter Yoga instructor and Reiki Master, Gail Sky will guide us through simple breathing, stretching and laughing exercises with special attention devoted to head, neck and hand movement. Gail has been a registered 500 Yoga Teacher since 2006 and became a certified Laughter Yoga Leader in 2009. She loves to sprinkle laughter in all of her classes!
