The team was focused on providing feedback based upon their most recent equipment purchase. You need not be a Benco customer to participate. We want to ensure our current and future customers have the best overall experience when they buy equipment from Benco, from the time they choose to purchase, to ordering, to installing, to training, to follow up. This team provided feedback which uncovered opportunities and gaps in the process. A follow up meeting will be held later this month.
