The Ideal Service Experience: Friday, February 7
Thank you to all who participated! The feedback was very helpful and we’ve already put an internal team together to further develop the ideas that were brought up. For those that missed the meeting, the group discussed the following:

  • How is the service performed vs. your expectations?
